May be able to skip dinner if I play it right. I’m working late so I can say I just wanna shower and go to sleep. I’m at 600ish calories so it should result in a scale drop. I want to be at my first goal weight by Thursday if possible. I’m at 196.8 and my first gw is 195 so it should be achievable.
New tactic
Going straight from overeating to only eating dinner did not work today. At all.
I made three green smoothies with protein (75cal) and I plan on having two tomorrow, and one for lunch on Friday. This is low enough that I will feel comfortable eating it. And it’s clean and loaded with nutrients to help break my craving for sugar and fat. Same rules apply as far as drinking only liquids before dinner, all zero cal with the exception of the smoothies.
